Blackcurrant mead which is our very own blend of Mjoedladen's stock Mead and blackcurrant wine. Also fully ripe black currants, from which the wine is made, have an acidic quality; together with the sweetness of the honey, it gives Blackcurrant Mead its sweet-sour taste.
